The Kabiru Turaki-led Peoples Democratic Party has asked Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court, Abuja, to recuse herself from a suit filed against the party’s leadership.
According to Turaki’s legal team, led by Chief Chris Uche (SAN), there exists a reasonable and well-founded apprehension of bias against their clients in the manner the matter has been handled.
