Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, says his administration has spent about N100 billion this year on security operations across the state.
Zulum disclosed this on Thursday during a visit to the Emir of Uba, Ali Ibn Mamza, at his palace in Uba town, Askira/Uba Local Government Area.
He said ongoing insecurity had stalled road projects in parts of southern Borno as contractors were unwilling to work in areas considered high-risk.
