England manager, Thomas Tuchel, has suggested he might keep his substitutes in the dressing room during next summer’s World Cup matches to protect them from extreme heat.
On the eve of the World Cup draw in Washington DC, Tuchel told BBC Sport that they may consider the idea if it helps the players make a greater impact later in games, saying, “If this is what benefits us when they come on, we have to see it as an option.”
