The Young Progressives Party, on Thursday, ratified the expulsion of the federal lawmaker representing Nnewi North, Nnewi South and Ekwusigo, Uzokwe Peter, over alleged anti-party activities.
The decision was taken at the party’s 24th National Executive Committee meeting held in Abuja, where leaders converged to address rising internal tensions, recent defections and concerns about shrinking opposition space nationwide.
