The Julius Abure-led faction of the Labour Party has begun its congresses across the states of the Federation with the exception of Abia State.
This is contained in a statement by the factional National Publicity Secretary of the party, Obiora Ifoh, on Tuesday.
The statement said the ward Congress holds on Tuesday December 2, while the Local Government Congress will hold Thursday December 4.
