The Presidential Amnesty Programme has commenced the second phase of the distribution of laptops to its 2024/2025 scholarship beneficiaries in Nigerian universities.
A statement by the Special Assistant on Media to the Administrator, Mr Igoniko Oduma, on Tuesday, stated that the development followed the directive of PAP Administrator, Dr Dennis Otuaro, aimed at enhancing learning and research by the students in their various institutions.
