Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board has announced a reduction in the 2026 Hajj fare, with intending pilgrims now expected to pay N7,669,769 instead of the previous N8,457,685.
This was contained in a press statement signed by the spokesman of the Board, Habibu Yarima.
The Director General of the Commission, Alhaji Ahmed Umar Labbo, disclosed this after signing the 2026 Hajj Agreement between the Federal Government and the Holy Land Authority.
