A chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Ladan Salihu, has said that the arm of democracy are amputated whenever a go governor defects to the ruling party.
Salihu made this statement on Wednesday while responding to questions in an interview on ‘The Morning Brief’, a programme on Channels Television monitored by DAILY POST.
