Akwa United midfielder Cyril Olisema, has picked Abdullahi Maikaba as the best tactician in the Nigeria Premier Football League.
Olisema played under the experienced Rangers coach during the 2016 NPFL season as the Akwa United gaffer.
The Akwa United top scorer added that Maikaba makes him understand different tactics in football.
