The Police Service Commission has approved the promotion of 20 Commissioners of Police, 19 Deputy Commissioners, 13 Superintendents, and 14 Deputy Superintendents.
This is contained in a statement on Monday in Abuja by PSC Head of Press and Public Relations, Mr Ikechukwu Ani.
Ani said the CPs were elevated to Assistant Inspector-General of Police, DCPs to CP, SPs to Chief Superintendents, and DSPs to SP.
