The Pro-Chancellor and Chairperson of the Governing Council of the University of Port Harcourt, Mao Ohuabunwa, has commended Governor Alex Otti of Abia State for his achievements in various sectors in less than two years in office.
He called on other states to emulate Mr Otti, who allocated 20 per cent of the 2024 and 2025 budgets for the development of the education sector.
