A man, 43-year-old, Rabiu Usman, has been charged with defiling an 11-year-old girl in Timdore, a district in Ganye Local Government Area of Adamawa State.
The Adamawa State Police Command, said the arrest resulted from a referral from the Chief Magistrate Court, Ganye, based on a complaint lodged by the girĺ’s mother.
