The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has urged the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to declare vacant the seat currently being occupied by the member representing Delta North Senatorial District, Ned Nwoko.
The PDP prayed the court to immediately order the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, to conduct a by-election to fill the position.
