Akwa Ibom State Police Command has neutralised members of a notorious kidnap gang terrorising parts of the state.
The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Timfon John, who confirmed this in a statement on Monday, said the gang was responsible for most kidnapping operations in Ikot Ekpene, Essien Udim, and the surrounding areas.
