The Niger State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, has arrested two suspects involved in the unlawful printing and selling of motor vehicle stickers to unsuspecting motorists and members of the public.
The state NSCDC Deputy Public Relations Officer, ASC Ibrahim Yabagi, made this revelation in Minna while parading the suspects.
