The Edo State Police Command has announced the rescue of a police officer, ASP Elisha Jeremiah, and two others abducted by gunmen on January 29, 2025.
DAILY POST reports that the Public Relations Officer of the Command, Moses Yamu, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Benin City.
Yamu said the police officer is attached to FCID Abuja.
He provided the names of the other rescued victims as Oyedele Ebenezer of Ogbidi Road, Uromi, and Useni Malam Inusa.
