The Kaduna State Pilgrims Welfare Agency (KSPWA) says it has refunded money to more than 3,000 pilgrims who participated in the 2023 Hajj.
The spokesperson of the agency, Yunusa Abdullahi, announced this in a statement issued on Saturday in Kaduna.
