Yobe State Police Command says its operatives have arrested two suspected kidnappers in Tarmuwa Local Government Area.
The command disclosed this through its Public Relations Officer, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim, in a statement made available to DAILY POST on Wednesday in Damaturu.
